Returns & Refunds
At Kalinka Russian Shop, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we operate under the following refund policy in accordance with UK food retail regulations.
Perishable Goods
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable items including frozen foods, deli products, and bakery items. Please check your order carefully upon collection or delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@kalinka-shop.co.uk or call +44 20 7229 1466. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Quality Issues
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any product, please contact us immediately. We take pride in our products and will work with you to resolve any issues.
Non-Perishable Items
Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original, unopened packaging for a full refund. Please retain your receipt.
Click & Collect Orders
Please inspect your order at the time of collection. Once you leave the premises, perishable items cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty or damaged.
